All shoppers must complete this form prior to shopping at the food pantry –

Shopping guidelines vary, but here is what we need from all neighbors to help COS remain sustainable:
– COS operates a “needs based” food pantry, not a “zero cost” grocery store. We help our neighbors by supplementing, not replacing, your regular grocery store shopping

– Please shop responsibly for only what is needed to supplement your regular food shopping
– Request appointments based on these needs – weekly, every other week, or monthly

Our goal is to make our Food Pantry available to everyone with food insecurities in our community who struggle to stretch their food budgets. We appreciate your help by following these guidelines.
