COS will review the registration and follow up ASAP to schedule your first appointment.

RETURNING NEIGHBORS – use the COS FOOD PANTRY APPOINTMENT REQUEST FORM

Appointments are confirmed based on availability during food pantry hours*:

Mon: 12pm-2pm

 Tue: 3pm-5pm

Thu: 3pm-5pm

Fri: 9am-12pm

Registered neighbor requests made using this form are reviewed during the next pantry hours above.
