RETURNING NEIGHBORS – use the COS FOOD PANTRY APPOINTMENT REQUEST FORM

Appointments are confirmed based on availability during food pantry hours:

Mon: 12pm-2pm / Tue: 3pm-5pm / Thu: 3pm-5pm / Fri: 9am-12pm (subject to change)

Registered neighbor requests made using this form are reviewed during the next pantry hours above.

Please call before visiting the pantry if you do not receive an appointment confirmation.
